This listing is for your deposit of 50% to secure your spot on my schedule. The deposit is non-refundable. Please purchase the size you’d like the painting to be. It comes mounted in an off white mat and is ready to go straight into a frame. These are very standard sizes and frames are easy to find. Let me know if you need help in selecting a frame.

Sizes in inches:

5 X7” matted to go in a 8 x 10” frame- ($220 total cost, two payments of $110 each)

8 X10” matted to go in a 11 x14” frame -($290 total cost, two payments of $145 each)

11x14” matted to go in a 16 x 20” frame- ($390 total cost, two payments of $195 each)

Timeline and delivery:

Once this deposit is paid I will email you for photos and details on the project. It will take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to complete. Once completed, photos will be sent and you will be invoiced for final payment. If you are local to the Sacramento area you may pick up. Otherwise shipping/ delivery fees will be added to your final invoice. Paying this deposit confirms your understanding of these terms.

Materials and Process:

I will sketch in pencil first and then waterproof ink. Then apply professional watercolor on 100% Cotton Cold Press Watercolor Paper. You will receive an Original Watercolor Painting (not a print). It is a one of a kind and no prints will be made. It is for personal use or to be gifted. I retain all copyrights to this work and it can not be reproduced for sale as a print. If you are interested in this please contact me for a license agreement.

Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen. Does not include framing. This is a deposit. An additional payment of the same amount will be required upon completion.
